Toddlers love finger foods. Doesn't much matter what kind, if they can pick it up and it's bite-sized, they love it!

Healthy crackers with fun toppings like cheese, peanut butter, jelly, cream cheese, vegetables, spreads and bits of fruit are great ways to get your little one to try new foods. If she can tolerate peanut butter, put some on a cracker, and offer her some other treats like raisins, cut up cheese, banana slices, so she can "make" her own.

Toddlers love to try things they've made themselves, so if you want her to eat from your family menu, try putting a little bit of whatever you're having (cooled, of course) in a small pan and letting her stir it together to "help cook." She's much more likely to be willing to try.

Hope that helps!
