Hi there, Re: your question on foods that might help with morning sickness / nausea - you could try peppermint tea, ginger tea, in fact ginger in any form is supposed to be good against nausea, from ginger biscuits to stem ginger.
Also, have you thought of trying a herbal or homeopathic remedy? See someone good and qualified, and take it easy, okay?
