Dusk/Twilight
I really enjoyed this prompt.
An owl hoots its tune
The clouds huddle together
The sun winks goodnight
As the sky displays
Its kaleidoscope of hues
The moon dances in
As the day closes
I shut its doors knowing that
Tomorrow awaits
Sleep steals in quietly
The thief feels familiar
I allow him in
An owl hoots its tune
The clouds huddle together
The sun winks goodnight
As the sky displays
Its kaleidoscope of hues
The moon dances in
As the day closes
I shut its doors knowing that
Tomorrow awaits
Sleep steals in quietly
The thief feels familiar
I allow him in

Owls dancing and the moon hooting. :)
Great haiku.
Hooting, huddling, and winking. I totally loved that.
101,
Nice pictures!
I think we were on the same wavelink for a bit. ;-)
clouds huddling - lovely image.
Wonderful haikus! "The sun winks goodnight" made me smile :)
These haikus are so descriptive and moving- very physical in feeling!
Just wonderful!
I like "the moon dances in." Lovely series!
these are so wonderful together and i especially love the second one ... such great imagery!
first one is cute, second one is excellent. in response to the dancing moon:
as she saunters by
her captivating movements
quench the sun's bright flame
You can tell you enjoyed the prompt because these were wonderful!
I enjoyed all of these. Fantastic!
Like the last one. A bit whimsical and creative spin like Emily Dickenson.
